Kelly joined Aquarius in March 2012 as Office Administrator. Kelly brought a wealth of experience and a proactive approach. Fast becoming a valuable member of the Aquarius Rail team.
In recognition of her input and ability to maintain and organise Aquarius Rail’s hire fleet and operators. Kelly became Operations and Compliance Manager in 2016.
In October 2017, Kelly successfully lead Aquarius Rail through our first Network Rail POS Technical Audit.
Kelly gained qualifications in IOSH Managing Safety in 2018, and IOSH Working Safely in 2019. In 2019 Kelly completed the Quarterdeck Inspiring Leadership Programme.
Further promotion in April 2019, saw Kelly become Operations Director. As Operations Director, Kelly’s responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations. Organising the hire, shifts, and maintenance of our and customers’ vehicles. Ensuring compliance to the latest railway and HSE standards, managing RISQS audits.
We are extremely proud of Kelly and her achievements. Her hardworking and conscientious attitude has contributed to the continuous improvement of service, quality, and operations at Aquarius Rail.
