Permaquip Group – who today announced that they will be overseeing the manufacturing of Aquarius Rail products – is proud to announce a major new partnership with INEOS Automotive, becoming the company’s chosen rail conversion partner for its next‑generation fleet of vehicles.
This collaboration brings together two engineering‑led British brands with a shared commitment to innovation, quality manufacturing and long‑term investment in the future of rail operations.
Under the partnership, Permaquip will lead the full road‑to‑rail conversion of the INEOS Grenadier vehicle platform, transforming a groundbreaking all‑road design into a globally deployable on‑track solution – with converted vehicles available for hire through Aquarius Hire. The new INEOS fleet represents a step change in rail‑ready vehicle capability, with vehicles engineered for exceptional performance, and thanks to Permaquip’s history of specialist conversion expertise – engineered to deliver the same confidence, stability and reliability on track. Together, the two companies will bring this new fleet of rail-ready Quartermasters and Grenadiers to rail networks worldwide, via both the Permaquip and INEOS global distribution networks.
