The Aquarius team are overhauling our fleet of Rail Trucks. The latest vehicle to undergo a transformation is a Weld Truck. The vehicles’ double cab has been converted to single cab to accommodate a larger custom built box body creating more capacity than with previous models. Tailor made shelving has been installed for the storage of welding equipment.
With high powered work lights, a low cab for easy repeated entry/exit and no manual or double handling of heavy welding gear the Weld Truck improves the health and safety for maintenance teams. Weld Trucks have been in operation for several years have been proven to be an efficient, cost effective solution delivering welding 3 times faster than traditional methods using trolleys.
